Thanks for checking in and getting to know Cerebral Conceptions. I’m Cheyenne, the founder and owner of Cerebral Conceptions and I can’t wait to get to know you and your next killer event!

Over the last decade, I have gained the knowledge and experience within the events industry from music festivals to community-centered events throughout Colorado and across the US and Mexico. It has been a journey and I have gained the knowledge and expertise in front and back of house event production. It’s all about buying the ticket and taking the ride, but most importantly, bringing people together.

My background started with graphic design and quickly grew into marketing for Bonfire Brewing and Bonfire Block Party based in Eagle, CO. Bonfire was the cornerstone of our community and a very important part of my career and my life since highschool, it was always a place I knew I could come back to because of it’s the people who grew it’s from the ground up. A huge thanks to Andy & Amanda for teaching me not only how to run a business but for caring about the people who work for you and believe in your dream. The small community grew larger and larger and eventually created the Block Party, a beer and music festival meant to bring everyone together in our small town and eventualy grew into a multi-day event that brought folks from all across the state to an 8,000 person festival. Let’s just say that this was a large feat that took a team of talented people to get this thing off the ground and get the town to Gather ‘Round to enjoy music, food, beer and eachother’s company.

After my time at Bonfire I jumped on a plane and took on multiple events selling merchandise across the border in Mexico at the Moon Palace including Playing the Sand, Phish Mexico, Dave & Tim, Hootie & the Blowfish, Crash My Playa, and My Morning Jacket. I assisted with prepacking thousands of gift bags for each show and slanging t-shirts, posters, hats and everything in between to countless fans for each show. Coming from being someone on the other side of the merch table, it was amazing to see how happy a t-shirt really could make someone but also how much work it takes to organize and facilitate an operation on such a large scale week after week.

The team at Optimum Events hired me on full time to continue the Block Party as Creative Director as well as Administrator for their multiple events in Colorado and California throughout the summer months. At this point I had seen how to run and manage the different departments that put on festivals and other community events from start to finish which includes months of planning and exceutition to the final product. From there I took on Man of Cliff, a locally-loved lumberjack event, based in Avon, CO as Event Manager which included excuting the full opereation and administration of the event.
